If you would like to request deletion of your Vaymp account and associated personal data, please email us using the address below.

Please include the email address or phone number registered on your Vaymp account, and (optionally) your reason for leaving.

What happens after emailing a request?

  1. Your account deletion request will be received by our support team.
  2. Our team will review the request.
  3. We may reply to your email if additional information is required to verify your request.
  4. Your account and applicable associated data will be deleted after the request is processed.

Data Deletion

When your account deletion request is processed, your Vaymp account and associated personal data will be deleted where applicable.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes such as transaction records, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
